We came back from Christmas break early for two extra work days. We went up to the roof and found that the camera had blown over from high winds and many plants had died from the cold weather.
The POE (power over Ethernet) injector that powered the camera for the east side wasn’t working. We had to test it with an external power source to make sure it wasn’t the camera that was broken. We then tested and repaired the connection to reinstate the camera feed.
To protect some other connections we retaped them against the elements.
